Abondoned Theme Parks

1. I would like to go to Lincoln Park. The name sounds scary and i am quite fond of scary places. I would like to take pictures of this park more than the others. Hopefully one day i will be able to photograph this amusement park.
2.

3.-ocean
-abondoned school
-theatre
-airport
-military base
4.
I think it would be mysteriously fun to photograph an abandoned theatre. I think it would give you that chilly feeling you get when your in a dark place, not knowing whats around you. Great place to take pictures.
5. In order to takes pictures i would need some kind of permission to go on the property, a camera, and some water. Not a lot of equipment is needed. Main thing would be the permission.

Academic Shoot Reflection

1. It was a challenge taking pictures of people who didn't want there picture taken.
2. I always want my photos to be clear so i am always thinking about the focus. I zoom in or out to make the photograph clear.
3. I would go in to more classrooms and take better pictures.
4. I would make the picture clear.
5. I think holding the camera is the easiest thing to do.
6. Framing is a tricky rule and is hard to acquire for me.
7. I still have problems Framing and Balancing and i can read more about this on the Composition website.

Africa and Mural Project

1. You can use an eagle theme.
2. Both should be available to use.
3. In the middle of the court yard.

Africa and Mural Project

1. This photo was taken by Pentax 67II.
2. These photos were taken to express the well being of life, animals for instance.
3. Nick Brandt took the pictures to let society now that these animals wont be here for long.
4. "What I am interested in is showing the animals simply in the state of Being."

Academic Shoots Balance

Academic Shoot Simplicity

1. The photograph is pretty simple.
2. The girl writing the pass.
3. Yes.
4. I could have taken a picture of something or someone doing something different.

Academic Shoot Avoiding Mergers

1. The only merger i can probably find is the railing but even that doesn't take my attention off the main subject.
2. The students.
3. Yes i think it is clear.
4. I probably could have asked the students to step a little off to the side to take out the rails.

Academic Shoot Framing

1. I think the window in the door is framing of these people.
2. The two people sitting down.
3. I think so, yes.
4. Again, the picture probably could be taken better subject wise, due to the academics shoot. Other than that i think i followed the rule.

Academic Shoot Lines

1. I followed the rule, it just wasn't in a class room.
2. The rails.
3. The rails are in the middle of the photograph so yes.
4. I probably could have found something in a classroom to line up but i was running out of time.

Academic Shoot Rule of thirds

1. I think i followed this rule pretty well other than the fact that it is not in a class room.
2.The flag.
3. it looks pretty clear and it really stands out.
4. I could have done another picture in a classroom, but students are too crowded and close to each other for me to get one individual in a corner of the shot.

Acedemic shoot previews

1. I picked this photo because its obviously photo shop  but i like unusual things in pictures like this one.
2. theres some framing in this photo because of the bushes on both sides a little balance too.
3. All the photos looked like they were messed with but they look like pictures from schools.

Filling the Frame

This photo was more interesting to me because it looks like it can be framed and it really focuses on the welding.

Action and Emotion

This photo has a lot of emotion because the little girl looks sad as she picks up the flowers.

The Story

The class was working on this project for a while and none of the stations could get it right, so they all did it together.

Composition 9/11 .6

9/11 picture: the New York City skyline after the attacksAvoiding Mergers- this picture has no mergers because nothing is cut in half or left out.

Composition 9/11 .5

Framing
9/11 picture: a New York City street after the attacks
This is a good example of framing because the buildings are on the sides making the viewer look at the center. This picture has alot of depth too.

Composition 9/11 .4

Balance. i think this picture has a non symmetrical balance to it because the sign is not in the middle but both sides of the road show.

Composition 9/11 .3

Lines- This picture shows exactly where the building was before it came down.

Composition 9/11 .2

I think this picture is a great example of thirds because the flag is in the corner of the window.

Composition 9/11 .1

Simplicity
I choose this picture because i think that the photograph is focused on the vehicle more than anything else.
